How far can I span each sneezeguard post?

Using: 1/4'' glass, don’t exceed 42''

Using: 3/8'' glass, don’t exceed 54''

 Any length beyond the above noted sizes will exceed the physical glass limitations. To span further apart, may cause the glass panels to bow & even explode!

Caution: Companies that offer “Cross-supports to span long openings” are improperly exceeding the glass panel/s tinsel-strength and posing a danger to you and your clients.

Glass etching what is it and do I need to do it to my glass?

The brackets we manufacture are made to clamp onto the glass with nylon tipped set screws that secure it on tightly. The etching of the glass allows these clamps to hold on with more gripping force in most applications it is not necessary to etch the glass it is only for precaution.

Our Express Food-Guard line of sneezeguards are designed to be fast-track,    in-stock & ready for immediate shipment program. In order to maintain this program, we must restrict the number of models and modifications to this line.

Our return policy:
Products purchased on our web site may be returned within 30 days of receipt of purchase for a refund or exchange. The products must be unused and in original sealed package and un-opened.
 

Glass orders: All orders with glass are considered custom and are non-returnable item.

Portable orders: Are considered a custom item which are non-returnable. (Due to the fact that they can be used for an event for one time only.)

Refunds will be issued for the amount of the product less a 20% restocking fee. Shipping is NOT refundable.

Please call us prior to returning any item for a return authorization (RA) number. 800-690-0002.

REFUNDS will be posted within 10 business days of the date that we receive the returned product. Your credit card company may take up to 30 days to post the credit to your statement.  We will post the credit in the time period we promised, provided our return instructions have been followed.

IF YOU RECEIVED FREE SHIPPING and you are returning a non-defective product, you will not receive a full refund. We will credit the price of the item returned less a 20% restocking charge and less the actual shipping costs.
